John wanted to buy a new small family car. John and his friend smith went to a car dealer and talked

about the price .The dealer made three different offers.

 

TASKS

Offer#1

Find the compound interest of $15540.00 for five years at the current rate, and then compute the amount

that may accumulate at the end of five years from now.

Offer#2

Find total amount John need to pay in next five years as mentined in the second offer.

Offer#3

Find out the amount John need to pay towards each installment.

Calculate the total amount that John must pay in next five years.

Conclusion

Compare each case and make a conclusion that which option is more benefitial.

help of an overhead projector. Convince others the calculation of interest by
